SecureMinutes is designed to process meeting audio and transcripts directly on your device. We do not send your audio, transcript text, summaries, or correction data to external servers.

What SecureMinutes Does

SecureMinutes records audio locally, performs transcription on-device, protects saved transcripts with local authentication, and stores transcript text in encrypted form on the device.

Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect personal data from the app.
• We do not use analytics SDKs.
• We do not use advertising SDKs.
• We do not send audio or transcript data to cloud services.

Transcript Storage

Saved transcript text is encrypted on-device. Access to saved transcript content may be protected by Face ID or device passcode.

Temporary Audio Retention

To improve long-form transcription stability, SecureMinutes may temporarily retain local audio in encrypted form for a limited period. This temporary audio is stored only on-device and is automatically deleted after the configured retention period.

Third Parties

SecureMinutes does not sell, share, rent, or transmit your app data to third parties.
